Yes. We are 100% appointment-only for all services.

I hate talking on the phone.  Are there alternate ways to contact you?

Yes. Please feel free to text, email, or direct message us on social media.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. We accept cash, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.

At this time we do not. We trust that you will show up for your appointment and contact us to reschedule or cancel if you cannot make it in.

Do I need to have ID to get a piercing?

Yes. If you are an adult of legal age and want to receive a service from us, you will need a valid government issued photo ID.

Do you pierce teens under 18?

Currently, we do not pierce anyone under 18 years old.

If I am late to my appointment, will you still help me?

We ask that you call and let us know if you are running late. If we can accommodate you, we will but if you are more than ten minutes late without contacting us, in consideration for other customers, your appointment will be cancelled.

Can I bring a friend for moral support?

Absolutely. You may bring one single friend as a companion. More than one cannot be accommodated at this time.

Do I have to wear a face mask?

At this time face masks are optional. If you prefer to wear one please do, if you do not want to that is ok. For the cleanliness of your procedure your piercer will wear a face mask during your procedure.

Can I bring my own jewelry?

No. Insurance requires use of implant certified materials for all piercings. If we do not know what your jewelry is made of or where it was manufactured, we will not be able to use it.

Will you pierce me if I am pregnant?

No. If you are thinking about getting any new piercings, it is best to wait until your pregnancy is over. Your body is already going through a lot and is more susceptible to infection. At the time of delivery, you will have to remove your jewelry and as a result, your piercing may close.

I have sensitive skin, what metals do you use for initial piercings?

We pierce with F136 implant certified titanium, niobium as well 14k and 18k solid gold.

How many piercings can I get at one time?

We perform up to but no more than 3 piercings in one session. After that, we will ask that you give yourself and body a 2-3 month healing period before getting additional piercings.

Do you provide or sell aftercare products?

Yes, we do. We sell sterile saline. If you get pierced by us, we will include one bottle at no extra cost.

Do you use numbing agents?

No, we do not. We take a fast and gentle approach to piercing and do everything we can to avoid any intense or unpleasant sensations.

I have a bump on my piercing. Is that normal?

Unfortunately bumps can be normal, most commonly on ear cartilage and nostril piercings. More often than not, they are caused by an outside source of irritation. If you develop a bump, please contact us right away so we can help you heal it properly.

What should I do if I think my piercing is infected?

First, please contact us. Sometimes it’s a matter of changing your cleaning routine. If anything is severely wrong or beyond out ability to help, we will direct you on the best course of action.

Do you offer dermal and surface piercings?

We do not offer either services.
